Fixes formatting and inline docs to match WPCS #10

Updates the structure without changing any logic. Addresses first two tasks in #8.

@jtnelson Thanks. I know it's a lot all at once but I couldn't think of a better way for the whitespace changes. I can break out the docs into a separate PR if that helps, instead of just in their own commit in this one.
