BUG: Forms page does not load in Firefox

BUG: (Firefox) Saving a submission does not work

BUG: (Firefox) When I go to submit an answer it is always asking me for required fields (although I already filled the required fields)

BUG: Clicking “live” in form status on firefox (48.0.1) does not work

Issue was because of outdated FF

Need to test Save, Publish and Submit once they're fixed
