Embed error #21

The issue is that in this specific form the saveDestination setting is not being set. I bet there is a specific situation in cay where this setting is being cleared.

We should add validation on publish to make sure this important fields are always present.

does any form work? or is this only on certain forms?

@riley it seems to be all forms that we have tried to embed thus far

This seems to be an issue when there are multiple forms embedded on a page. Closing now and we can add this as a feature in the future if needed.
