add wordpress shortcodes for form and gallery #775

What does this PR do?

This provides copy-able short codes for wordpress for both forms and galleries.

How do I test this PR?

Edit a form
click Publish Options > Embed options
there should be a third tab for "WordPress shortcode"
try to copy the link with the button
go to the Gallery Manager page
do the same thing
