Someone expressed interest in buying the game, so I had to take it down from the Internet for a brief period of time. Soon, I will relicense it under the MIT license, and start hosting it on my website. You may take it down for now, but I'll mail you once it's back up.

Hi, I found this game in a list of possible free software games [1] made by libreprojects.net [2] and I'd like to know if it is free software (there is no LICENSE file) and why it is not hosted in your website [3]. If not hosted or closed source I will stikeout your game from the list. :) Thank you,
- MM

Ok, thank you! :)
Hello, the game is back up in its repo: https://github.com/Yannbane/Project-Khalio. A FOSS license is provided both in the README and the LICENSE files. It is live here: http://khalio.banehq.com/, but it does suffer from some minor bugs, and is still being updated. Could you put it back on the list, please?

I will. But before you have to specify the name of the free license which you releaed the game under. Otherwise I can't add it because of the structure of the website code. Thank you!
It's the MIT license.
