Add test, CI config. Ready to be released into ROS binary build process #3

Thanks for taking an initiative in integrating with OpenHAB!

With this change we can make a release into ROS buildfarm. I confirmed with ROS pull request on Kinetic and Lunar. Yes, publishtest in the unittest added requires ROS Kinetic onward.

I'm willing to add more improvement, so added myself as a co-maintainer.

If this looks good, I can take initiative in making a release if you like.

Also, would be great to enable Travis CI with a simple few clicks, at something like https://travis-ci.org/profile/corb555

Thank you @corb555 for merging. I also confirmed Travis is now running (job from merging this PR).
