SP and TP commands do not have proper delay #64

The <duration> parameter for the SP and TP commands is being interpreted 
incorrectly. It is effectively in units of 1/25KHz (40us) rather than 1ms as 
the docs say.

This problem has been fixed in version 2.2.1 of the firmware.
