EBB SE command PWM does not work in 2.2.1 and below #68

Doing SE,1 will turn on the PMW to RB2 to 50%. And SE,0 will turn it off. But 
doing SE,1,1023 will still turn it on to 50%. And SE,1,1 will still turn it on 
to 50%. The heck?

This has now been fixed. Versions v2.2.2 and above of EBB firmware fix this 
problem and the SE command now works properly according to the documentation.
