Bedtime option to temporarily run the AC at a lower temperature while falling asleep.

We keep the AC comfortable, but I like to be colder while trying to fall asleep. Timing that with a normal schedule might work, or I could just have a button/option that sets the temperature a couple degrees cooler, waits an hour, and sets it back.
