Dropdown as search bar for tag editor not updating after saving tag files #3

Downloading and adding an extra network to the tracked extra network directories then refreshing now not only adds the file but successfully adds the search term to the dropdown menu. Refreshing after adding a tag then clicking the save button does not update the dropdown menu

Instead of updating the search bar dropdown item by re-reading all of the tag files (which works and the files are read properly, the element for some reason is just not updating), update the choices of the dropdown with the values of the textboxes because those should accurately reflect the tag files. Even if the file is not updated by hitting "Save" you could still search for tags you just typed...
