I know it support couple of Creative Cloud app, but I found you have not mentioned Adobe XD yet.

Is it supported ? thanks

Not right now, no.

Is it because Adobe blocked it for being installed or why?

It just doesn't show up as an option in the Creative Cloud app, I'm guessing because the Wine prefix doesn't match Adobe XD's system requirements.
