DCR: Allow users to set a default window size #15

Currently, the default window is too small to show all pasted text, all emoji, and all hashtag/people suggestions. Be real nice if I could set a 'verbose' size to accommodate larger amts of text/show all emoji, etc. without having to fuss with the window. 50% larger would help; no rush.

Good idea, that would be pretty easy to implement.
