How to start openbox window manager ? #81

I have installed GNU Root debian, and it works fine with terminal and the default X support (xterm). I want to use the openbox window manager. I have installed openbox via apt, but, when I launch openbx, it says, DISPLAY environment variable not found. What is the correct way of launching openbox ? I have tried with XSDL server also, but not working.

Sorry for asking such a naive question. I have resolved the problem by editing the /root/.vnc/xstartup file and chaging "twm &" to "openbox &".
