spatstat.explore::CDF moved to spatstat.univar::CDF #17

This happened in version 3.3.0 as documented here:

https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/spatstat.explore/NEWS

Since there are no version restrictions on the spatstat.explore dependency, this will impact new installations of CHOIR
