RODTOOK images #1

I download the ultrasound image and the annotated image from RODTOOK, but the source and annotated images are of different resolutions and not aligned, so could you tell me how to deal with images from RODTOOK?

sorry for the delay, I never saw this issue. so all the segmentations matched their respected image, but you had to resize the annotation to match the image. then I removed all annotations and recorded the cropped positions such they could be applied to the segmentation accordingly.
