Classifying whether or not a tweet is insulting?

We can take amueller's kaggle model, which is essentially contained in this ipy notebook: https://github.com/amueller/mlss_2015/blob/master/08%20-%20Working%20With%20Text%20Data.ipynb train up a model, save it somehow, and call it as required
