DOC-5285: Document the cordapp-cpk2 plugin's symbolicName property. #582

Document the osgi.symbolicName property so that people don't mistakenly believe that they need to preserve a CorDapp's project.group, archiveBaseName, archiveAppendix and archiveClassifier values.
