Corda Kubernetes Deployment option #142

This pull request is to merge the Corda Kubernetes Deployment option section to the Deployment patterns section on the Solutions docs site. The work done here is not meant to be production grade, it is meant to be an example that can be used to get familiar with deploying Corda, especially when talking about more complex topics like Corda Firewall etc.
