Changed package namespace to com.r3 #63

Changed package namespace from net.corda to com.r3. That's about it.

Looks like there's an extra change sneaked into the rename. Might be worth splitting the commits. Are there any doc changes required as a result of the rename?

@davejh69 I haven't make any changes to the doc as I would like people to continue using the 1.0 version (which is net.corda.xxx) until we cut off a new release for com.r3.xxx.
