Upgrade All Features Sample CorDapps to Java 17 and Corda 4.12-RC02. Large diff, but pretty much the same changes in all CorDapps:

bump Gradle version to 7.6 + update Gradle syntax
update dependencies
fix compilation errors related to updated dependencies
