Add samples #73

  1. Clean the binaries
  2. fix typo.

All samples and examples are useful. More is always better.

Also, the latest samples release seems to have removed "Sendfile-Attachments". Was that deliberate and if so, is it replaced by another example of adding an attachment to the ledger?

Just wondering if it is a good idea to add the "autopayroll-H2Database" as a separate sample. Probably would be good if we could have a blog published for this one. We are just dublicating one sample. Thoughts ?
