Java classes
README updated with instructions to deploy nodes based on java or kotlin jars.

!! slf4j logger errors present before java enhancement!!

tested with dependency cordaRuntime "org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-slf4j-impl:$log4j_version", resolved logger error but returns "ERROR Rewrite contains an invalid element or attribute" - unable to clear through various methods.
TODO, enable slf4j without Rewrite error.
