Need to provide better messaging/error handling to end user that indicates that while the subscription was successfully paid for, they still might not be able to sell tickets since the OSD server has not verified the payment form PayPal and marks their subscription as unpaid.
Once PayPal has successfully processed a subscription payment to OSD, a call to the OSD server is made.
