Purchased a ticket which does not appear in "My Tickets" dashboard #93

I bought one ticket for the ASPIRA luncheon on OSD (event takes place today, June 6) but the ticket never appeared in My Tickets on the dashboard. Please advise. Open SEat Direct Dashboard - My Tickets - no ticket appears though I have an upcoming event
