chore: improve npm scripts #62

Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged: This PR improves the npm scripts in various ways:

lint:ci has been added, which runs the script with --parallel, allowing for faster linting times in CI
release:docker now actually attempts to push the freshly built image
release rimraf call doesn't syntax error anymore

Status and versioning classification:

This PR only includes non-code changes, like changes to documentation, README, etc.
