After multiple reads of the document I think it would make more sense to simply keep "CoAP Clients" as a general term for the endpoints and just have the classic publisher and subscriber roles indicated when needed. There is no need for a new term "CoAP pub/sub Client" as it may introduce confusion to the reader.
