Abstract and the beginning of the intro seems to have been written before pairwise. Pairwise a very important and useful piece of Group OSCORE.
"pairwise mode, two group members exchange Group OSCORE requests" This does not align witf the terminology that group request are sent to all members.
"A special deployment of Group OSCORE is to use pairwise mode only" "This mode is defined in Section 8 and MUST be supported." Pairwise only is is a very valid use case. Deployments using pairwise only should not be forced to implement signatures.
"supports all COSE algorithms" Only signature algorithms.
