Bump up CoreDNS version (fixed Caddy repo path in code) #17

For now RRL plugin cannot be used with latest CoreDNS version v1.6.1 due chages in caddy repo path: 'github.com/mholt/caddy v1.0.0' -> 'github.com/caddyserver/caddy v1.0.1', the PR is a fix for that.
