Remove mtheme #26

It has been renamed to "metropolis" and is part of TeXlive 2016. Thus, the submodule is not required anymore (and causes the compilation to hang).

Huh? Just removing the submodule is enough? You don't need to select the theme or anything?

As written in the description, it's now part of TeXlive. So instead of putting the sty file in the root (as specified in the Makefile), the theme lookup will go to the TeXlive directory.

(If the theme is present twice, both as submodule and in the system, the thing won't even build anymore.)
