Fix node version number #4

npm gives the following error when that v is in the node version number of package.json

npm WARN Invalid range in engines.node.  Please see `npm help json` ~v0.4.9

Hey, thanks for the patch! I'm merging this to the repository.

I'm however not going to make a new release on NPM until Node.JS KO ends. (September 6) The judging instructions mention installing the package via npm, and I don't want to change the code that the judges and other contestants are being refered to. (as that would be against the contest rules)
