FaCT++ and servlet re-deployment #2

Currently if FaCT++ has run the whole server must be restarted in order to 
update the browser 
application.
I'm sure this is only a configuration issue, however the tomcat docs seem to 
think that putting the 
binaries in $CATALINA_HOME/shared/lib/ should work.
However it might be caused by the native objects not being correctly disposed 
when FaCT++ stops 
being used.
