Russian looks bad as class name #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open ontology http://earth.jscc.ru/ontologies/dic.owl
2. click any English class name
3. look how Russian equ class looks like

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
native Russian letters. abrakadabra.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

on-line browser. W XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

I use IE8

In Firefox it works fine, but my customer does not have one:(

My (and IE;) fault - to see page correctly UTF-8 should be used.

Hi Alex,

I've been working on the browser recently but do not have IE8 to test on.

Could you tell me if this is still a problem?
