What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try loading 
http://owl.cs.manchester.ac.uk/browser/ontologies/?action=load&clear=true&uri=ht
tp://www.example.org/on%20tology.owl

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An ontology is displayed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Online version. Windows XP with Google Chrome browser

HttpServletRequest decodes the %20 into spaces.
Fixed in next release
