Please add editor on badge app #98, Kea

Please enable another editor on badge app #98, for the Kea dhcp server. Alternatively, if you can add everyone with direct access privileges on https://github.com/isc-projects/kea, that would work too.

Hi - you can do that yourself! First, find out their user id number on the badge app (/users/NUMBER).

Then go here: https://bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org/en/projects/98/edit#project_disabled_reminders

Notice the text that says::

(Advanced) What other users have additional rights to edit this badge entry? Currently: []

You'll see a text box. Just type +NUMBER (replacing NUMBER with the user ID), and save the project entry. That way, you can add whoever you want as an editor.

Let me know if that doesn't help enough..!
