OW2 OMM links broken #2092

As of #479, the criteria sometimes refer to the OW2 Open-source Maturity Model in the rationale for requirements. However, all of these links are broken and result in a 404 error.

The link in #479 is also broken.

Thanks for the report on the broken link! Fixed in #2097 (switch to an archive.org link), which I just merged.

While you're here, please let me add two things:

  1. I love your anime avatar! It's very cool, I'm quite jealous.
  2. Thanks so much for your work on Rust & in particular Tokio. I'm trying to encourage people to use memory-safe languages where that's practical, as memory-safe languages eliminate many vulnerabilities. Rust is making that idea more palatable to many.
