As of #479, the criteria sometimes refer to the OW2 Open-source Maturity Model in the rationale for requirements. However, all of these links are broken and result in a 404 error.

Thanks so much for your work on Rust & in particular Tokio. I'm trying to encourage people to use memory-safe languages where that's practical, as memory-safe languages eliminate many vulnerabilities. Rust is making that idea more palatable to many.
