Zeek's ICMP analyzer code got moved around a bit, which broke the nightly build. Fix is in the works.

Closing this, because the incompatibility is getting fully fixed (undone, really) in Zeek itself. There's now an official deprecation so this will come back with Zeek 5.1 at the latest. I'll likely add compatibility when Zeek 4.1 is out.
