osbuild-130-1 is available for Fedora-40 and newer. This drops patch files for recently merged PRs:

stages/selinux: don't require file_contexts if labels passed (https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild/pull/1889)
stages/coreos.platform: use shutil.copy (https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild/pull/1888)
stages/dmverity: make device objects more generic (https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild/pull/1845)
