Delete the ectd pod manually, the pod couldnot be recover #2118

Hi. I used the ectd-oprator just one day. Now I have a question. That's , I deploy ectd cluster use etcd operator, when I delete the etcd pod created by ectd operator manually, it will be not recreated。 is that normal?
