Document steps for deploying new version to Fedora OpenShift instance #12

Would be good to have this written down somewhere.

+1 - from the git history in the ansible repo it looks like we just need to add a coreos-cincinnati: deploy latest master (96b5e81) commit and run a playbook but I'd rather not do that without knowing the proper steps.
