This reverts commit d51bef47da9a0e11cb9ee1d5f2547f4614624e33.
We have to revert the reqwest portion of https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-cincinnati/pull/75 due to tokio incompatibilities. We will update that as the same time as we port to latest actix-web.
