    provisioning/rpi4: update to latest versions

    It's been a while since we updated this page. Let's update to the
    latest versions of the components and open bugs for any issues that
    pop up.

    At this point there have been releases since then and it's unlikely
    this guidance is still useful.

    That domain has either lapsed or the server isn't currently running.
