Re-organize sections

Split the large System configuration section into smaller ones.

Split dsik layout section into its own page

Is it possible to make the new menu items still be nested under "System Configuration" or does the tooling only support nesting once?

I think we can nest, but I'd prefer if we found a layout that does not lead to having to always open a "System Configuration" section.

When I navigate the docs, it's the section that I find myself opening 99% of the time and I think it's the case for our users as well.

Thus the idea of trying to split it into more focused sections.
