docs (toolbox) : Corrected Toolbx | Toolbox spelling error? #554

I'm not 100% sure if this choice of spelling was unintentional, but I saw it and thought it might need fixing :)

TBH it's a bit confusing upstream. See their website: https://containertoolbx.org/

They did a "rebrand" a while back to make it easier to google things, but I don't know if they are still in a transition period or if there are more nuanced guidelines for when to use toolbx versus toolbox.

The toolbx misspelling is intentional as it's the new "official" name.

Not sure what to do if this is confusing. Maybe we can write toolbx (tooblox)? (not great either).
