Version/Tag the repo and create a release. #51

I was thinking that maybe we should version based on the current coreos stable stream fedora version which we have tested against?

Maybe 37.2022.1?

Or should we just do standard Semantic versioning, and hopefully we have end 2 end testing soon here too?

Had offline conversation with Colin and there was no preference. Used rpm-ostree versioning scheme for consistency. We now have a release here: https://github.com/coreos/layering-examples/releases/tag/v2022.1
