Should this repo be renamed `coreos-layering-examples`? #8

We've been using the "layering" wording elsewhere to refer to this feature so it'd be good to be consistent.

Also since the salient point is to showcase CoreOS layering and not necessarily the fact that it's using FCOS, we could drop the fcos-.

I guess we could possibly drop coreos- too since that's somewhat implicit by the repo living under the coreos GitHub org, but we haven't been consistent about that (e.g. https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler) and coreos-layering-example as a locally cloned git repo directory stands alone better.

Edit: and the examples part is to reflect the changes in https://github.com/coreos/fcos-derivation-example/pull/6.
