So...in the past I used to often work in GNOME which has its own translations team. I don't have substantial experience outside of that. I'd need to gather best practices around this. It looks like there's a "Fedora Zanata" that's used by Cockpit and dnf. It looks like libdnf isn't translated yet either.
I sort of feel like in the big picture, translations are best done at a higher level UX (e.g. for a desktop, gnome-software). And Cockpit's OSTree support is translated with the rest of Cockpit.
But, we could probably try to cover some of the "basic CLI surface area".
rpm-ostree is currently available only in the primary English language. Please, consider adding l10n support to make this tool available for non-English speaking users as well.
