docs: add terraform init return #66

Is this based on an outdated master? shouldnt this be about init?

vmware wasn't updated. I can do it now, if it should be.

my mistake. fixed. we can add more info, or truncate more, depending on whether you think the list of plugins should be included as well.

These were reverted in https://github.com/coreos-inc/coreos-pages/pull/1907 but should not revert in master here (master here is best thought of as 1.7.5-pre, until the release happens and I create a 1.7.5-t.1 tag)

this ticket's primary purpose was to add the returns from the terraform init call. I'll do it again 1.7.5 goes live.

re-open for consideration -- this only adds the entire, explicit output of the init commands back
