Add sample template of systemd configuration #353

@nak3 why using /etc/sysconfig?

Hi @f0

It depends on the policy of distribution. I am a RPM(Fedora/CentOS/RHEL) person, so I wrote the example to use under /etc/sysconfig/. (it is the same as flannel or kubernetes RPM). If majority of the people prefer /etc/torus/ or some other directory, I will update the example.
