aoe: tiny: update command help to use loopback device #387

To use AoE locally like nbd or tcmu, it is necessary to use loopback device. ethN is able to be used by other hosts, but it would not be a common usage in trous.

It can go both ways; for local testing that's one thing, but if you have a SAN cluster, then listening on an external interface makes more sense.
