There are quite a few conversations open and I have up on the review of "the CRS" vs "CRS" towards 2/3 of the PR since it's so many.

@RedXanadu has a point that the PR is really big and not 100% strict with what it tends to do. So I think it takes more work. If you do not want to split, then at least the conversations need to be covered and then an additional review.

It would also be worthwhile if you could look for "the CRS" and handle all these cases to make sure we do not miss anything. Potentially "ModSecurity CRS" too.
